UPDATE: U.S. 90 at Bayou Bridge in Jefferson Davis Parish open to traffic

JEFFERSON DAVIS PARISH, La. - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announced that as of Friday, November 25, 2022, the U.S. 90 at Bayou Bridge is now OPEN TO TRAFFIC.

The bridge, located approximately 1.6 miles west of the US 90/LA 26 intersection in Jennings, had been closed to traffic since May 17, 2022, to allow crews to replace the bridge.

Although the bridge is back open to traffic, the project is still ongoing and motorists can still expect intermittent daytime lane closures until all work is complete.
