The Kentwood Welcome Center located on I-55 southbound between the Mississippi state line and Kentwood will be closed for renovations beginning at 7 a.m. on Thursday, September 15, 2011. This work is expected to be completed by May, 2012.

Visitor information will be available at the Tangipahoa Parish Tourist Commission located at 13143 Wardline Road, which is off of I-55, Exit 32 (University Ave/Wardline Road).
