*UPDATE* H.013191.6 LA 1 Southbound Emergency Right Lane Closure

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 1 Southbound (Eden St.) will have the Right Lane closed, beginning on Thursday, March 31st, 2022 at 7:00am, and will continue thru May 23rd, 2022 at 7:00am. The lane closure will begin at Bayou Rd. and will end at LA 75(Belleview Dr.).
Begining on Monday, May 23rd, 2022 at 7:00am the Left Lane of LA 1 Southbound will be closed, and will remain closed thru June 2nd, 2022 at 7:00pm. The lane closure will begin at Bayou Rd. and will end at LA 75(Belleview Dr.).
This closure is needed to remove and replace the old failing roadway base.
Permit load restrictions will be up to 12 feet wide; anything over, please contact the permit office.
