DOTD announces relocation of Truck Permits Division

BATON ROUGE, La. – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announced that, effective June 27, the Truck Permits Office will be temporarily relocated to the General Files window in the lobby of DOTD’s Headquarters Building in Baton Rouge, 1201 Capitol Access Road.

Truck Permits will remain at this temporary location until November, once renovations are complete in the new permanent space. The new permanent space for Truck Permits will be located adjacent to the General Files section.

Please note that the phone number for Truck Permits will remain the same, (225) 343-2345 or (800) 654-1433, as will the hours of operation, 6 a.m.-5 p.m. Central Time.
