NOW OPEN I-10 WB Exit Ramp at Exit 121 - LA 3177 (Butte La Rose), St. Martin Parish, Ramp Closure

UPDATE: The westbound entrance and exit ramps at Exit 121 – LA 3177 (Butte La Rose) are NOW OPEN.
UPDATE: This closure has been extended until Monday, January 31, weather permitting.
The I-10 westbound exit ramp at Exit 121 (LA 3177 - Butte La Rose) will be closed beginning Wednesday, November 17, at 6:00 a.m. until Wednesday, December 15, at 5:00 p.m., weather permitting.
The closure is necessary to allow crews to rebuild a section of the exit ramp.
During this closure period for the westbound exit ramp, westbound motorists will only be able to access the Butte La Rose Rest Area and Tourist Information Center via the posted detour route, which includes continuing on I-10 Westbound to Exit 115 (Henderson/Cecilia) and then taking I-10 eastbound back to Exit 121. The I-10 eastbound exit and entrance ramps will be open. The I-10 westbound entrance ramp will also remain open at this time.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the WB exit ramp during construction. The detour route will be posted during this ramp closure period.
There will be no vehicle width restrictions associated with this work.
