Tuesday October 5 through Friday, October 8, westbound Veterans Blvd. at Causeway will have alternating single lane closures between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Crews require these lane closure so they can construct the overhead bridge.

Additionally, eastbound Veterans Blvd. will have a complete closure Thursday October 7, 2010, from 1 am – 5 am to allow crews to pour concrete on the new Veteran’s overpass.
Detour: Follow detour signs through the I-10/Causeway interchange:
Right on Southbound Causeway
Right on I-10 east ramp.
Exit immediately to Northbound Causeway off ramp.
Exit to Veterans from Northbound Causeway.
Right on Eastbound Veterans.
ALSO: The on-ramp connecting Westbound I-10 to the North Causeway overpass will be closed during this same time period. Traffic will continue on the ground level roadway through the Veterans intersection and enter North Causeway north of Veterans.
No vehicle restrictions.
