The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) is conducting a public hearing for a proposed bridge over the Norfolk Southern Railroad through Arabi along St. Bernard Highway (La. 46). All interested citizens are invited and encouraged to attend. An opportunity will be given to express views concerning the proposed project. The hearing will be conducted using an “open house” format.
