*UPDATE* LA 1 - False River Rd./Hospital Rd. Intersection – Pointe Coupee Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 1 will have alternating lane closures at the False River Rd. and Hospital Rd. intersection, beginning Tuesday, April 6, 2021, through Thursday, April 8, 2021. These closures will take place daily from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Flaggers will be present to guide traffic through the work zone.
These closures are needed to overlay the intersection.
No oversized loads will be permitted. Please contact the permit office with any questions.
