UPDATE: Bridge Opening: US 165 Business\LA 15 (Lee Joyner Expressway) in Ouachita Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that US 165 Business\LA 15(Lee Joyner Expressway) in Monroe, Ouachita Parish has been REOPENED effective immediately.
