Baton Rouge, LA - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development is in the process of opening all of I-110. While the road has been cleared to be re-opened, DOTD staff will have to open it in stages to remove barricades at the on and off ramps.

Icy conditions remain over much of the state. Never attempt to go around any barricades on the roadway for your safety and the safety of DOTD workers. If travel is essential, DOTD urges motorists to use extra caution when traveling on roadways during hazardous weather conditions, especially while traveling over bridges and elevated roadways, and stay off the roads whenever possible.
