Lane Opening: LA 34 (Stella Street), Ouachita Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that all lanes of LA 34 (Stella Street) approximately 1/4 mile west of the Louisville Bridge in West Monroe near the First West Thrift Store, are now OPEN.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through areas that may be affected by accumulations of ice on the roadways, especially on elevated surfaces. Please be on the lookout for crews and their equipment.
