LA 1028 is now open and safe to travel.
EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURE: LA 1028, just north of Latimer Drive, approximately 500 feet north of LA 16 is closed in both directions due to downed power line.
DETOUR: LA 1028 Northbound motorists can take LA 16 North to LA 64 West back to LA 1028.
This notice will be updated as conditions change.
