UPDATE #4: Due to unforeseen weather events, this closure has been extended until Friday, March 26, weather permitting.

UPDATE #2: THE START DATE FOR THE NIGHTLY LANE CLOSURES HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO BEGIN TUESDAY, JANUARY 26, WEATHER PERMITTING.
UPDATE #1: THE START DATE FOR THE NIGHTLY LANE CLOSURES HAS BEEEN POSTPONED TO WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 27, WEATHER PERMITTING.
The northbound right lane of US 167 (Johnston Street) from Aqueduct Drive to LA 724 (Duhon Road/South City Pkwy.) will be closed nightly from 7:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Monday through Thursday) and 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Fridays) beginning Monday, January 25 until Friday, February 5, weather permitting.
Additionally, the southbound right lane of US 167 (Johnston Street) from LA 724 (Duhon Road/South City Pkwy.) to Aqueduct Drive will be closed nightly from 9:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. (Monday through Thursday) and 10:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. (Fridays) beginning Monday, January 25 until Friday, February 5, weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to allow crews to perform asphalt work on the shoulders, loons and right turn lanes, as part of the US 167: Access Management (Left Turn Lanes) Project.
Emergency vehicles will have access to these areas.
