LA 59 Northbound and Southbound - Partial - Project #: H.011030 - St. Tammany Parish

Closure Details:
LA 59 Northbound and Southbound will have a partial road closure affecting both left and right lanes with a scheduled start of January 17, 2021 at 8:00 PM and a scheduled end of January 23, 2021 at 5:00 AM (weather permitting). This closure will occur nightly between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM. The location starts at LA 59 and Lonesome Rd.

Comments:
These closures are for removal and replacement of concrete curb. One lane will remain open in one direction at all times; however, motorists may encounter a moderate to heavy delay during this time.

Detour:
Northbound motorists may take the alternate route of LA 1088 North to I-12 West back to LA 59.Southbound motorists may take the alternate route of I-12 East to LA 1088 South back to LA 59.

Restrictions:
There will be no vehicle restrictions, and emergency vehicles will have access. Motorists may encounter a slight delay during this time.
