UPDATE: The work for this closure has been completed!!
The left turn lane on LA 93 northbound (Westgate Road) at the intersection of Old Spanish Trail Road will be closed beginning Monday, January 18 until February 12, weather permitting.
This lane closure is necessary to allow crews to build a new raised median for the left turn lane at that intersection.
The detour for northbound traffic to access Old Spanish Trail Road is to continue on LA 93 (Westgate Road) to US 90, westbound to Alfred Street and then southbound to Old Spanish Trail Road.
There will be no lane width restrictions associated with this lane closure.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the left turn lane.
