UPDATE - ROAD CLOSURE: US 171 (Mansfield Rd) in Keithville, Caddo Parish
UPDATE - REVISED DATES/TIMES: The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Friday, January 15, 2021, there will be intermittent road closures on US 171 (Mansfield Road) at the Union Pacific railroad overpass in Keithville, Caddo Parish.
These closures are necessary to allow Union Pacific Railroad crews to make repairs to the RR overpass.
These road closures are located just north of Keithville Elementary/Middle School.
The revised closure schedule is as follows, with additional dates added to the schedule:
- Friday, January 15th & Saturday, January 16th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – northbound lanes closed
- Sunday, January 17th & Monday, January 18th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – southbound lanes closed
- Tuesday, January 19th from 3:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – northbound lanes closed
- *REVISED* - Tuesday, January 26th from 3:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - southbound lanes closed
- *REVISED* - Wednesday, January 27th from 3:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - southbound lanes closed
- *REVISED* - Thursday, January 28th from 3:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - northbound lanes closed
- *REVISED* - Friday, January 29th from 3:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – northbound lanes closed
- *REVISED* - Saturday, January 30th from 3:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - both directions of travel closed
- *REVISED* - Sunday, January 31st from 3:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - southbound lanes closed
- *REVISED* - Monday, February 1st from 3:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - northbound lanes close

- Wednesday, February 10th from 3:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - southbound lanes closed
- Thursday, February 11th from 3:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - northbound lanes closed

- Sunday, February 14th from 3:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - both directions of traffic closed
- Monday, February 15th from 3:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - southbound lanes closed
- Tuesday, February 16th from 3:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - northbound lanes closed
Alternate route: Total road closure. All vehicles will need to detour. Signage will be in place to direct motorists.
Restrictions/Permits: N/A
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
