EXTENDED!! LA 93 (Westgate Road) NB & SB between US 90 (Cameron St.) and Olive Vista Drive, Lafayette Parish, Alternating Lane Closures

UPDATE: The current northbound and southbound lanes of LA 93 (Westgate Road) between US 90 (Cameron Street) and Olive Vista Drive will have nightly alternating lane closures beginning Wednesday, December 16 until Wednesday, December 23, weather permitting.
The current northbound and southbound lanes of LA 93 (Westgate Road) between US 90 (Cameron Street) and Olive Vista Drive will have nightly alternating lane closures beginning Monday, December 14 until Tuesday, December 22, weather permitting.
These alternating lane closures will occur each night from 8:00 p.m. until 6:30 a.m. the following morning.
These lane closures are necessary to allow crews to install new asphalt on the roadway.
The road will be open to regular traffic with 14-foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone.
Emergency vehicles will have access to the area, but may encounter delays. No detour route is necessary.
