BATON ROUGE, La. – DOTD Secretary Johnny B. Bradberry will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Nov. 1 at 10 a.m. to mark the opening of the I-10/Picardy Avenue Interchange.

A shuttle bus will provide transportation from the parking lot to the ribbon-cutting site.
