DOTD announces upcoming LA 73 (Jefferson) alternating lane closures in East Baton Rouge

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces upcoming, alternating lane closures on LA 73 (Jefferson Hwy) from Lobdell to Bocage.
The road will be closed from 7:00PM to 11:00 PM, Friday, October 16th, 2020. All work is weather permitting.
The lane closures are necessary for crews to make intersection improvments with the MoveBR Program.
Motorists may encounter excessive delays during the peak times of this closure.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
