UPDATE: Due to Hurricane Delta and the threat of severe weather, this closure has been CANCELLED. Thank you for your patience.
LA 3073 (Ambassador Caffery Parkway) from Broadmoor Boulevard to Settlers Trace Boulevard will be closed to vehicular traffic on Sunday, October 11 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to allow crews to perform work on the Vermilion River Bridge crossing.
The detour for northbound traffic will be LA 339 (Verot School Rd.), LA 92 (Milton Hwy.), LA 733 (East Broussard Rd.), and US 167 (Johnston St.).
The detour for southbound traffic will be US 167 (Johnston St.), LA 733 (East Broussard Rd.), LA 92 (Milton Hwy.), and LA 339 (Verot School Rd.).
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the area.
