Resurfacing project on LA 26 nearing completion in Beauregard Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that the $8 million dollar resurfacing project on LA 26 in Beauregard Parish is nearing completion.
The project patched, milled, and overlaid approximately 17 miles of LA 26 from US 171/US 190 to the Allen Parish line. These improvements provide a safer and more efficient roadway for travelers. Drivers may experience short term delays as crews conduct final inspections.
The project began in late 2019, and the contractor was Prairie Contractor Inc.
