Please be advised that the following Bridge Design Technical Memorandum (BDTM) has been approved by the Bridge Design Engineer Administrator and published on the DOTD Bridge Design Section website for implementation at:

Summary:

This BDTM revises the language of the DOTD Bridge Design & Evaluation Manual, Part II, Volume 4, Section 2.3.3 (concrete median barriers).

This email notification is distributed to all DOTD in-house bridge designers, consultant firms on the DOTD solicitation list, and those copied on the BDTM.

If you are listed as the Principle-In-Charge for a consultant firm, please inform all your designers of this BDTM. Thank you.
