LA 3073 (Ambassador Caffery Parkway) Vermilion River Bridge, Lafayette Parish - Multiple Bridge Openings

The Vermilion River Bridge on LA 3073 (Ambassador Caffery Pkwy) will have multiple 15-minute bridge openings on Tuesday, September 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., weather permitting.
These bridge openings are necessary to allow crews to perform bridge repairs.
The road will be closed to traffic during each intermittent bridge opening. Traffic will be allowed to clear in between openings; however, motorists should expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the area during bridge openings and should expect delays or use alternate routes.
No detour routes are necessary.
