Please be advised that the following Bridge Design Technical Memorandum (BDTM) has been approved by the Bridge Design Engineer Administrator and published on the DOTD Bridge Design Section website for implementation at:

BDTM.92 – Publication of Bridge Design Invoice Processing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

Summary:

This BDTM addresses consultant contract invoicing procedures to be followed for contracts managed in the Bridge Design Section. This BDTM addresses invoicing for Project Specific Contracts as well as Task Orders issued under IDIQ Contracts.

This email notification is distributed to all DOTD in-house bridge designers, consultant firms on the DOTD solicitation list, and the cc list personnel.

If you are listed as the Principle-In-Charge for a consultant firm, please inform all your designers of this BDTM. Thank you.
