UPDATE Traffic Shift 7/2/2020: LA 616 (Arkansas Road) & Good Hope Road - Ouachita Parish

UPDATE - July 1, 2020 - The striping of the Good Hope Roundabout is scheduled to commence at 7:00 am on July 2, 2020. Police will be on site to direct traffic as need for the completion of the striping and the removal of the traffic signal. Traffic pattern is expected to shift to a roundabout pattern mid to late morning once striping is complete and the traffic signal is removed. Please use caution and expect delays during this transition.

UPDATE - June 30, 2020 - The striping of the pavement for the roundabouts and roadway at and between Warren Drive and Good Hope Road in West Monroe continues and expected to be completed by the end of the day on Thursday, July 2, 2020, weather permitting. The Good Hope roundabout is scheduled to be opened once striping is completed.

LA 616 (Arkansas Road) & Good Hope Road - Ouachita Parish - Roundabout Schedule to Open
SPN H.002622 - Good Hope Road Roundabout located on LA 616 and Good Hope road in West Monroe, Ouachita parish is scheduled to open in the afternoon on June 29, 2020.

The construction of the Good Hope Road roundabout at Arkansas Road (LA 616) is near completion. Asphalt paving is on-going and the final striping for the roundabout is scheduled for Monday, June 29, 2020, weather permitting. The traffic pattern will shift to the use of the roundabout once the updated striping is completed.

Please use caution when driving in the Good Hope/Arkansas road area as there traffic pattern will be shifted from Kiroli road westward along Arkansas road beyond Good Hope Road.
