New FHWA Interim Approvals

DOTD has obtained FHWA approval for IA-20.41 (Two-Stage Bicycle Boxes) and IA-18.63 (Intersection Bicycle Boxes). These will be installed and maintained by local governments via DOTD permit or CEA.
