LA 1246 at the Woodlawn Bridge in Vermilion Parish will be closed beginning Friday, March 20 at 8:30 a.m. until Tuesday, March 24, weather permitting.

Due to the bridge experiencing mechanical issues, this closure is necessary to accommodate marine traffic scheduled during the timeframe noted.

The detour will consist of LA 82, LA 14, US 167, Derek Road and Woodlawn Road.

Emergency vehicles will not have access to the area.
