EXTENDED - US 167 (Johnston Street) Northbound & Southbound from Maurice to West & East Broussard Road, Vermilion/Lafayette Parish, Lane Closure

UPDATE: This closure has been extended until Wednesday, September 30, 2020, weather permitting.
The northbound and southbound left lanes of US 167 (Johnston Street) from Maurice to West & East Broussard Road will be closed beginning Wednesday, March 11 until Tuesday, July 14, 2020, weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to allow crews to perform left turn lane construction, including laying pipe, embankment and base course work, removing required turn lanes and cross-overs, pouring truck aprons and laying asphalt on the proposed turn lanes, this work is part of the US 167: Access Management (Left Turn Lanes) Project.
Emergency vehicles will have access to these areas.
