POSTPONED - ENTRANCE RAMP CLOSURE: I-10 EB at LA 108 interchange – Calcasieu parish

UPDATE: The I-10 eastbound entrance ramp loop closure has been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date. DOTD will issue a notice when that rescheduling occurs.

The I-10 eastbound entrance ramp loop at the LA 108 interchange is anticipated to close Tuesday, March 3, weather permitting. Motorists traveling southbound on LA 108 will be able to perform a left turn to access I-10 eastbound through a temporary detour and signal.

As a reminder, the I-10 westbound entrance ramp loop is also expected to close tomorrow, Tuesday, March 3.

These closures are part of the ongoing I-10 improvements project, and will allow I-10 traffic to shift to the service road while the contractor reconstructs the concrete sections of the interstate. DOTD will announce the dates for the traffic shifts as soon as that information becomes available.
