ST. TAMMANY PARISH - I-10: LANE CLOSURES (SLIDELL)

Beginning Sunday, February 16, 2020, through Thursday, February 20, 2020, there will be nightly inside lane closures on I-10, both Eastbound and Westbound between I-10/I-12/I-59 interchange and the I-10 twin spans. These closures will be from the hours of 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM nightly, weather permitting. This is for crews to pour concrete for a new median cable barrier on I-10 in Slidell.

Two lanes of traffic will remain open at all times.

Please expect rolling roadblock operations both Eastbound and Westbound for the mobilization and demobilization of construction equipment from midnight to 4:00 AM nightly.

Also, there will be a closure of the Westbound on-ramp at the LA 433 Interchange (Old Spanish Trail) from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM. This work is expected to take one night, weather permitting. This is to repair potholes on this ramp.

There will be no vehicle restrictions, and emergency vehicles will have access on I-10. Motorists may encounter a slight delay during this time.
