I-49 northbound between Exit 19 - US 190 (Opelousas, Baton Rouge) and Exit 25 - LA 103 (Washington, Port Barre) will have alternating lane closures on Tuesday, February 11 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting.

Additionally, the I-49 northbound entrance ramp from US 190, will be closed on Tuesday, February 11 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., weather permitting.

These closures are necessary to allow crews to perform routine bridge inspections.

I-49 northbound will be open to regular traffic with 16-foot lane restrictions on oversized loads passing through the work zone.

Emergency vehicles will have access to the area.
