The railroad crossing on LA 677 (Sugar Mill Road), 0.26 miles east of LA 31 (Jane Street), in Iberia Parish, will be closed on Tuesday, February 4, for work on the railroad crossing.

This closure is estimated to take place from 8:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., weather permitting.

The detour will consist of LA 31, LA 86, LA 182 and LA 344 The detour route will be posted.

Emergency vehicles will not have access through the area.
