UPDATE: LA 1 Southbound, West Baton Rouge Parish

On Thursday, January 30th, 2020, there will be intermittent and alternating lane closures on LA 1 Southbound at assorted locations between the Intercoastal Bridge and Plaquemine, between 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM. These closures are needed for cutting asphalt cores.
DOTD appreciates your patience, and reminds you to please drive with caution through construction sites, and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment
