Westbound Harvey Tunnel of Hwy 90B, will be closed 9:00 AM, Friday, January 17, 2014 thru 6:00 AM, Tuesday, January 21, 2014 for installation of subsurface drainage and relocation of utilities.  This work is in association with future bridge ramp construction
