Second Plaquemine/Sunshine ferry not to run on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Baton Rouge, LA – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announced today that the second Plaquemine/Sunshine ferry will be closed all day Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The primary boat will operate its normal hours of 4:30 am to 7:45 pm.
