Road Construction - Downing Pines Rd at I-20 - Ouachita Parish

West Monroe, Ouachita Parish - Construction at Downing Pines Road at I-20 - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Monday, December 9, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day, construction will be installing a left turn lane on the northbound lane of Downing Pines at I-20. This work is scheduled to last approximately 3 to 4 days.
Traffic lanes will remain open on Downing Pines road in both directions during the construction of the left turn lane. Flagmen will be used as necessary. Expect delays when construction crews are present.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
