UPDATE # 2: US 190 Westbound, Pointe Coupee Parish, H.011511

On Wesnesday, December 11th, 2019, and Thursday, December 12th, the right lane of US 190 Westbound, just east of Krotz Springs at the Morganza Spillway Bridge, will be closed from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. This closure is needed so that crews can work on the closed circuit television camera pole located at the end of the bridge.
Permit load restrictions will be up to 12 feet wide; anything over, please contact the permit office.
DOTD appreciates your patience, and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction zone, and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment
