Addendum No. 1 DBE goal error for Advertisement No. 44-17922, IDIQ ITS System Design, Integration and System Verification Services, Statewide

Attention Consultant Community,
Addendum No. 1 to Contract No. 4400017922 erroneously raised the DBE goal from 2% to 4%. We are unable to issue an addendum at this time to correct the error due to the recent cyber attack on the State computer system. The error will be corrected with the issuance of the next addendum once the computer system is fully functional and the advertisement will once again reflect a 2% DBE goal. The closing date for this advertisement remains November 26, 2019.
