The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at 7:30 A.M. until work is complete, La 1189 will be closed at the intersection of La 452 and La 1189 to replace a failing cross drain under La 1189. Weather and equipment permitting the road will be reopened to traffic on January 25, 2014.
Permit/Detour section
From the north La 452 can be accessed by traveling .1 mile south along La. 1 to the intersection of La. 1 & La 452. La 1189 will be open from La. 115 to the Junction of La 1189 and La 452 THIS CLOSURE IS @ THE JUNCTION of LA. 1189 & LA. 452 ONLY.
