Department of Transportation & Development Presents the Louisiana Excellence in Aviation Award

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) awarded the inaugural “Louisiana Excellence in Aviation Award” to Yvonne Chenevert, Airport Manager at the False River Regional Airport located in New Roads, La.

The award took place during the 40th Annual Louisiana Airport Managers and Associates Conference held in Lake Charles, Louisiana on October 20-22.

This is one of the highest honors in aviation that is presented by the DOTD. This award represents the integrity, character, and leadership of an individual for their dedication and unwavering commitment to excellence in advancing aviation in Louisiana.
