UPDATE - REOPENED: I-49 northbound at Southern Loop, Caddo Parish
UPDATE: This ramp has been REOPENED.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that the northbound on-ramp to I-49 from Southern Loop in Caddo Parish is CLOSED due to an overturned 18-wheeler.
DOTD will issue a notification when the ramp has been reopened.
