the Judge Seeber (Claiborne Avenue) Bridge (Orleans Parish) will be closed to vehicular traffic beginning 9:00 PM on Thursday, December 12, 2013 and wil re-open at 5:00 AM on Friday, December 13, 2013. This closure is for cleaning and painting of the East and West towers and the lift span.
