LA 3064 (Essen Ln) from Essen Park Ave. to Hennessy Boulevard, will have a southbound lane closure on Monday, September 16, 2019 from 8:00 PM until 5:00 AM Tuesday, September 17, 2019. This closure is to allow crews to safely perform drainage installations for Our Lady of the Lake Hospital.
