***UPDATE***Both lanes now open****US 61, Emergency Lane Closure South Bound

***UPDATE***Both lanes now open***US 61 South, in West Feliciana Parish, at Wakefield Drive North Road has been reduced to one lane, for an emergency road repair.

The lane will be reopened once repairs are made and deemed safe for motorists.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
