Jefferson Hwy (LA 73) will have alternating lane closures beginning Monday, August 26th and continuing through Monday, September 30th, 2019, between the intersections of Tiger Bend Rd and Highland Rd (LA 948). Closures times will be from 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Monday to Friday. Weekend closures will also take place from 8:00 PM Friday to 5:00 AM Monday. One lane of travel will be maintained at all times.
These closures are necessary for cleaning and regrading ditches along Jefferson Hwy.
These closures are subject to change due to adverse weather conditions.
