LA 986, West Baton Rouge Parish, Intermittent Lane Closure

La 986, River Road near Placid Oil Refinery, in West Baton Rouge Parish, will have an intermittent lane closure with flaggers present to direct traffic. The closure is located just North of La 987-3. This closure will be in effect starting Monday, August 26, 2019 at 6:00 AM through Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 5:00 PM. Placid will be installing scaffolding equipment needed to perform work on a pipe rack truss crossing LA 986 (River Road). Due to this work, the truss clearance height will be lowered from 19 feet to 16 feet. Drivers are to use caution in this area.
