NOW OPEN - LA 3195 – Nelson Canal Bridge, Iberia Parish - Road Closure

LA 3195 at Nelson Canal Bridge in Iberia Parish will be closed to vehicular traffic on Tuesday, August 20 at 6:30 a.m. until Thursday, August 22, at 5:30 a.m., weather permitting. Marine traffic will be closed from Tuesday, August 20 at 6:30 a.m. until Friday, August 23, at 5:30 a.m., weather permitting.

This closure is necessary to allow crews to perform bridge inspection and repairs.

The detour consists of LA 182, LA 320, and LA 87.

Emergency vehicles will not have access to the area.
