I-310 Service road from La. 50 (Almedia Rd.) to the dead end will start having alternating lane closures with a flagman operation starting Monday, November 25, 2013 to Wednesday, November 27, 2013 from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM while crews perform ditch cleaning, milling and overlay the existing I-310 service road.
