LA 1 SB (Outside) Lane Closure at Bayou Plaquemine Bridge
Southbound LA 1 at the Bayou Plaquemine Bridge (Plaquemine) in Iberville Parish. The outside lane will be closed across entire length of bridge on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. while DOTD crews perform a routine inspection on the bridge.
Detour Information
This closure will allow vehicles 12-feet wide or smaller to pass through the construction zone. Road is open for regular traffic but oversize vehicles must detour using LA 1 North to I-10 East to LA22 South to LA 70 South to LA 1 North.
