*NOW OPEN TO ALL VEHICULAR TRAFFIC*US 165, Ouachita Parish at the railroad grade crossing south bound into the TDC plant-
to be shifted to North bound and reduced to one lane, Friday, August 2, at 6pm to Monday, August 5, at 7pm. The closure is for CW&W to remove and replace the crossing.
Restrictions:
wide loads 11ft single lane traffic.
